Lucy and Miguel Chavez lead Mi Luz Realty Group at Keller Williams Houston Central. The name Mi Luz, "my light" in Spanish, reflects how we approach every client relationship: guiding, steady, and deeply personal.

We built Mi Luz Realty Group on the belief that buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions of a family's life, and that nobody should have to make it in the dark. Her roots in a tight-knit family and experiences as a single mother have shaped her life and professional ethos, empowering her to connect with clients on a deep, personal level. Lucy's journey to real estate was fueled by a desire to educate and empower people.
